BOARD MEMBER ATTENDANCE: Chris Southard, Patty Hillman, Klaus Larrieu, Mark Stephen, Kyle Edwards, Giz Hays ABSENT: None QUORUM PRESENT: Yes
COMMITTEE ATTENDANCE: Landscape – Chris Southard Architectural – Klaus Larrieu
APPROVALS: Minutes of the February 13, 2019 Board meeting were approved as written.
Treasurer’s Report: All bills are paid. Everything is up to date.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: ARCHITECTURAL: No committee report LANDSCAPE: Chris call to Tyler to check on mowing pond dam and to check on how to best find way to match stain on Belle Trace fence. Chris volunteered to spray the streets and sidewalks for weeds (he’ll call for help). Mark is to get estimates for 1) staining fence on 145th and 2) paint monument at entrance. NEWSLETTER: No committee report SAFE NEIGHBOR NETWORK: No committee reports WELCOMING: 1904 W Xenia St has closed and needs attention ENTRANCE: The Board unanimously voted to hire New Look Lawn & Landscape to remove the Pampas Grass for $225. EAST ISLAND: No committee report WEST ISLAND: No committee report RETENTION POND: Bubbler running well, and tinting has been added
OLD BUSINESS: The Board received a counter proposal about shingle color, that called for a complete waiver, convey to new owner that they would have to comply with roof color when and if roof needed to be replaced in the future and for us the pay our own legal fees. The Board voted unanimously to continue with mediation. Chris to notify Marshall that we wish to continue.
Responsibilities for President, Secretary and Treasurer: Responsibilities were listed and discussed and approved by the Board. Patty to make corrections and send to Secretary for distribution to all Board members. Compensation to President and Treasurer, for 2019, that meet their responsibilities, will be compensated 100% of their POA dues in December. The Secretary will receive 50%. Motion passed unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS: Delinquent Dues, three homeowners have not paid. June 20th is the earliest date that we can file a lien.
Both Woodbury Island ’s irrigation controllers need to be replaced with new. Chris has located some online at a reduced price from what Ewing’s has in stock. The Board voted unanimously for Chris to purchase of them online.
